Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy covers the products, services, and technologies (collectively referred to as the “Products”) provided bySplurge Tech LLC under any ongoing agreement. It is designed to protect Splurge Tech LLC, its customers, payment partners, and the general Internet community from unethical, irresponsible, or illegal activity.

Splurge Tech LLC customers found engaging in activities prohibited by this policy may have their access suspended or terminated without notice. In serious cases, we may be legally required to report such activity to relevant authorities or payment partners.

Fair Use

We provide our facilities with the assumption that your use will be “business as usual,” as per our offer schedule. Excessive or abusive use may result in additional fees or restricted access.

We oppose all forms of abuse, discrimination, rights infringement, and any action that harms or disadvantages individuals, groups, or resources. Customers and, where applicable, their end-users must use our Products in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner.

Customer Accountability

Customers are responsible for their own actions and those of anyone using our Products with their permission. This includes unauthorized use resulting from a failure to maintain reasonable security measures.

By using our Products, customers agree to ensure adherence to this policy by all end-users. Complaints regarding customer or end-user conduct will be directed to the registered account contact.

Splurge Tech LLC may suspend or terminate access, or take other remedial action, for violations of this policy. To the extent permitted by law, no credit will be issued for service interruptions caused by AUP violations.

Prohibited Activity

Copyright Infringement & Unauthorized Material

Do not transmit, distribute, or store any material that violates applicable law, including:

Copyrighted, trademarked, or trade-secret material used without authorization.

Material that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.

Material that violates export-control or sanctions regulations.

Users are solely responsible for all content uploaded, published, or transmitted through Splurge, and for ensuring they have legal rights to use it.

Spam and Unauthorized Messaging

Splurge may not be used to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages (“spam”) or to operate unconfirmed mailing lists. All lists must be confirmed opt-in, and verification records must be retained.

Use of purchased or third-party email/phone databases for unsolicited outreach is prohibite

Unethical, Exploitative, or Malicious Activity

Our Products may not be used to:

Advertise, transmit, or distribute malware or malicious code.

Engage in hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any individual or group.

Conduct denial-of-service attacks or network interference.

Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading conduct.

Violate privacy or data-protection laws.

Participate in activities relating to illegal gambling, narcotics trafficking, arms trafficking, human trafficking, terrorism, or the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

Financial Crimes and Compliance

Splurge Tech LLC complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), and sanctions regulations.

Our Products may not be used to:

Launder funds, conceal the origin of assets, or evade sanctions.

Facilitate pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or unlicensed investment services.

Provide financial services without appropriate authorization.

We cooperate fully with regulators, law enforcement, and payment partners regarding suspected violations.

Prohibited Business Types

You may not use Splurge for, or in connection with, the following:

Adult/NSFW content that violates applicable law or payment-partner policies.

Escort or sexual-service advertising.

Counterfeit goods or intellectual-property infringement.

Illegal drugs, prescription medication sales, or paraphernalia.

Unlicensed gambling, sweepstakes, or betting.

Multi-level marketing or high-risk investment programs.

Weapons, ammunition, or explosives sales.

Unlawful surveillance equipment or hacking tools.

Splurge Tech LLC reserves the right to decline or remove any user whose activity is determined to present unacceptable regulatory or reputational risk.

Adult and User-Generated Content

Splurge supports lawful creative expression. However:

Adult or NSFW material is allowed only if compliant with all applicable laws, the user’s local regulations, and the acceptable-use policies of our payment partners and on/off-ramp providers. Users remain fully responsible for the legality and moderation of their uploaded content. Splurge may suspend or remove profiles that distribute or monetize adult content in violation of provider restrictions.

Non-Custodial Nature of Service

Splurge Tech LLC does not hold, control, or have access to customer private keys or funds. All transactions occur directly between user wallets on the Base network, or via regulated third-party on/off-ramp providers. Splurge does not act as a money transmitter or financial institution.

Unauthorized Use of Splurge Property

Impersonation of Splurge Tech LLC, misrepresentation of affiliation, or use of Splurge’s intellectual property without authorization is prohibited.

Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this policy, email support@splurge.tech with relevant details. We review all reports promptly and may share information with law enforcement or payment partners when appropriate.

Policy Changes

We may modify this AUP at any time by publishing a revised version at https://www.splurge.tech/legal/aup. The revised version is effective on the earlier of:

The date you use our Products after publication, or

30 days following publication.
